Example Proposal for client seeking social media management services:

  • Sample Plan: Tier 1

    This is a basic social media management package for up to two social media accounts on the platform(s) of your choice. This plan is great for someone on a tight budget or for the business owner that plans to stay active on the social accounts, and just wants some added support.

    What you’ll get:

    On-brand, targeted content posted two times a week (per account)

    Two researched, trending hashtags for your industry (per post)

    Two researched, trending hashtags for your location (per post)

    Incoming communication requiring a response forwarded to your attention within 24 hours

    A one-time update to your accounts’ profile & banner photos, page bios, & contact info

  • Sample Plan: Tier 2

    The second tier is more goal-oriented, pushing more content to boost engagement and SEO. This plan is right for someone that wants to see results, hopes to build connections with their audience, and for business owners that will be less involved with social media — requiring more outside support to keep the accounts active.

    Two additional posts per week (per account)

    Two additional trending hashtags for your industry (per post)

    Two additional trending hashtags for your location (per post)

    Communication/questions to your office faster - within 12 hours

    30 minutes of live engagement with your audience per week to create a more interactive page

  • Sample Plan - Tier 3

    For businesses wanting an aggressive approach to their digital presence, this plan covers all the bases including advertising, creating engaging activities for followers, promoting events, and more. You’ll also have access to additional services to help with an array of marketing needs.

    This includes everything in the second tier, plus…

    Contests, paid ad campaigns & event promotion

    A minimum of three stories posted per week (Per Account; Applicable on Facebook & Instagram accounts)

    Quarterly photography sessions - I’ll capture photos of your business, staff, and/or products to create high-quality content

    Unlimited posts on demand (within 12 hours; some limitations to design elements to allow the fast turnaround)

    Unlimited job postings to the platforms of your choice (LinkedIn, InDeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, etc)

    Community engagement - I’ll bring opportunities for you to get more involved in your community to your attention & utilize my established network to build your brand awareness

  • Video content is HOT right now. Not only does your audience enjoy engaging videos, the social media platforms prefer them as well. If you want to make the most of those tricky algorithms to get you at the top of everyone’s feed, let’s chat about content we can create for your business.

  • Facebook groups are a great place to build relationships, show off your expertise, answer questions, and gain more leads. I can help you establish a new group or run the daily admin tasks of your existing group.

  • Most of my clients choose a customized package. For this reason I don’t list any pricing. If the proposal I provide you is over your marketing budget, we can discuss what price point you are comfortable with and adjust the services I’ll provide to meet your needs.
